Yeah so,
London is insanely expensive!!!!! it pretty much wiped us clean of any access money we had just to make it thorugh the day. we hardly ate anything at all and we were really hungry, not to mention that we were exhausted due to lack of sleep on the plane last night! needless to say we were excited to be there in London and happy to see everything, oh such as walking on Abbey lane just like the beatles which was so cool , and seeing london bridge and .. hmm PAYING to use a discusting public washroom "welcome to England" says an

I guess it was obvious that I was new there.... hmm...
We ended up coming back from the city after feeling that we conquered London's public transit by 3pm even though we couldn't even check into our flight until about 6:30... we were just too tired. we came back and dragged our feet aimlessly for a little while, trying to stay awake. we plopped down on a big matt where there appeared to be a ton of backpackers and joined them. Reffa and I then played canasta and spit until our energy levels came back (as much as they could without food or water which was like 6£ each ugh!!!
thank god for cards! (thanks for the new decks mom they're SUPER slippery).

i love the picture of london bridge!!! sucks that it was so cold..... i guess you're probably not cold anymore though!! do you think everything is so expensive there because it's an island?? that would be my guess..... thanks for the email jess!!! love the pics and blog. keep it up!!
